My expectations are that you are clean, timely with rental payments and have a full time professional job. Rent will include all utilities (except electricity) 1 garage space, shared living space, shared kitchen, washer and dryer in the unit and access to community pool and bbq area. Property is 2 mins from Dallas North Tollway next to Galleria Mall and perfect for commuters to Dallas downtown, Plano and easy access to Lovefield airport.
